What is tarot?+
Tarot is a deck of 78 illustrated cards: 22 Major Arcana for the larger themes of a life, and 56 Minor Arcana across four suits for everyday matters. For centuries people have laid the cards out as a way to reflect on a question, a relationship or a choice.
Does a reading predict my future?+
No. Tarot is a tradition of symbols, not a science, and nobody can tell you what will happen. The Future card in your spread is read as the direction your current tendencies lean, so you can reflect on your choices. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection.
Who is Ruhi?+
Ruhi is our tarot reading companion, not a human reader. After your reading you can ask Ruhi up to 10 follow-up questions about your cards, and each answer is written for your question from the cards you drew.
What do I receive?+
A three card reading written for your question: what your Past, Present and Future cards say about it, the message of the whole spread and one step for this week. You also get 10 follow-up questions with Ruhi, and your reading is emailed to you to keep.
Is my question private?+
Your question is used only to write your reading and answer your follow-up questions. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete your reading at any time. See our privacy policy.
What does it cost? Is it a subscription?+
Asking, shuffling and drawing are free. Revealing your reading is a single one-time payment, and you see the price before you pay. There is no subscription, no account and nothing that renews.
Can I get a refund?+
Your reading is written for you and delivered straight away, so it isn't refundable just for a change of mind. If something goes wrong on our side and your reading can't be written or opened, write to us within 30 days and we'll deliver it or refund you in full.
