Refund policy
Your reading is written for you and delivered straight away, so purchases aren't refundable just for a change of mind. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll put it right.
If something went wrong
If your reading couldn't be written, never loaded, or a technical fault stopped you from reading it or asking your follow-up questions, write to us within 30 days of your purchase. We'll deliver it, or refund you in full if we can't.
If you were charged twice
If you were charged more than once for the same reading, write to us and we'll refund the extra payment in full.
How to ask
Email support@withyou.club from the address you used at checkout, with your reading link or the receipt from Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
